Integrity offers a safe nurturing space where every person is treated as an individual. It is a place of calmness where you can escape from the stresses of everyday life. A personal diagnosis will be made and an individualised treatment will be performed accordingly.

At Integrity there is special interest in mental and emotional wellness however other conditions are managed with the same individual care and attention.

It is my belief that mental/emotional wellness and physical health are on a continuum therefore the emphasis is to bring the body and mind back into balance using traditional Chinese medicine techniques.

My aim is to help individuals to maximise their own potential to promote optimal health and wellbeing - physically, mentally and emotionally.
